Thermal
Inspections

Detect heat loss, moisture intrusion, electrical hotspots and solar panel faults — invisible to the naked eye, revealed in minutes from the air.

See What Others Miss

Our radiometric thermal drone inspections capture precise temperature data across your entire asset — roof, facade, solar array or electrical installation — in a single flight. No scaffolding. No downtime. No guesswork.

We use professional-grade FLIR radiometric cameras paired with RTK-enabled drones to deliver legally compliant, centimetre-accurate thermal data — not blurry IR footage. Every anomaly is geotagged, annotated and delivered in a structured report your maintenance team can act on immediately.

All missions are carried out by EASA-certified pilots operating in accordance with Belgian and EU drone regulations.

Applications

Where Thermal Imaging Pays Off

01
Flat Roofs

Identify moisture trapped beneath waterproofing membranes before it causes structural damage. Avoid costly core sampling and cover the entire roof surface in one pass.

02
Solar Panels

Detect hotspots, bypass diode failures, delamination and soiling across large arrays. Maximise energy output and prevent fire risk without shutting down production.

03
Electrical Cabinets & Infrastructure

Spot overheating cables, loose connections and failing components before they trip circuits or cause outages. Ideal for substations, distribution panels and transformer yards.

04
Industrial Facades

Assess insulation performance, detect air infiltration and locate structural anomalies across large building envelopes — in a fraction of the time of manual surveys.

Process

How a Thermal Mission Works

01
Brief & Planning

We assess your site, agree on the inspection scope, check weather conditions (thermal works best in low sun, stable temperatures) and file all required flight authorisations.

02
On-Site Mission

Our pilot executes a systematic flight pattern, capturing overlapping radiometric thermal frames across the entire target area. Most inspections take 1–3 hours on site.

03
Data Analysis

Raw thermal data is processed using calibrated software. Anomalies are identified, classified by severity and cross-referenced with visible-light imagery for context.

04
Report Delivery

You receive a structured PDF report with geotagged findings, severity ratings, annotated thermal images and recommended corrective actions — within 48 hours.
